COMPARISON MONITOR
Selected pilot and copilot input data are compared in the symbol generator. If the difference between
the data exceeds predetermined levels, the out-of-tolerance symbol will be displayed in amber. A list of the
compared signals and the displayed cautionary symbols is given below. When the compared pitch and roll
attitude or glideslope and localizer signals are out of tolerance, a combined level (ATT or ILS) will be
displayed.
